Inverse Kinematics without the need for Inverse Kinematics! I built this in trueSpace2 making subtle use of the 'Look at' command to see if it was possible to make an working suspension without using Inverse Kinematics. It worked beautifully, I can animate the suspension moving up and down, as the wheel rotates and steers.
Nice trick! However trueSpace3 onwards supports Inverse Kinematics.
