As I have a fascination with Victorian design (some of my other images give this away), I decided to build the Nautilus from the Disney version of '20,000 Leagues Under the Sea'. After a bit of research on the web, I wound up with some photos of the actual model used in the film, some images of a model built by an enthusiast, and a copy of the drawings used to produce the film version from EVA Models in the States. However, shortly after I got the plans, I wound up back in full time, gainful employment! The project took a rest for about a year, by which time I had upgraded to trueSpace4. But at last I have this version.
