This picture is based on an airbrush image painted a few years ago by a frend of mine, Adam Warren. The character Goph was to star in his own comic strip, but only the introduction episode was ever finished. The image here was produced in trueSpace3, using false perspective to simplify the scene construction. The island is smaller than it looks, and the sky is a block just behind the island. The text on the police cars and the 'environment map' were painted using a combination of Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop.
